
Barbara is of counsel to the firm, representing clients in submission, management, settlement and appeals of long term disability benefit claims. She also represents clients in commercial transactions, including business acquisitions and sales, shareholder, partnership and employment agreements, and business insurance issues.
Barbara received her Juris Doctorate degree Cum Laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Barbara also holds a bachelor of arts degree from the State University at Stony Brook and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University. During law school, Barbara was a member of the Touro Law Review. She was also a teaching assistant and a research assistant.
Barbara is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations and the Wantagh Chamber of Commerce. Barbara also volunteers in several educational programs, including serving as a mentor with Nassau County Bar Association Student Mentoring Program, as a judge for the New York State We the People Competition, and as a judge at Touro Law School for first year student mock appellate arguments.
