Mr. Schlossberg has more than ten years of varied and successful experience as a litigator. He is a key team member in the firm’s Insurance Litigation, Claims, & Consulting Group and the Business & Complex Litigation Group.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Mr. Schlossberg is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York and in the District of New Jersey. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Mr. Schlossberg has argued numerous appeals before the First, Second and Third Departments of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in New York. His practice focuses on the litigation and appeals of complex, business, insurance coverage, and environmental matters.

He resides in Kings Park, New York with his wife and two children.
