Harold J. Levy received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, cum laude, from Long Island University and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University. He was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Constitutional Law and Property, and was a member of St. John’s University Law Review.

Mr. Levy is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.  He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal and Commercial Litigation Section of the Association and he actively participates in activities related the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Quadrino Schwartz, Mr. Levy was a partner at a Long Island litigation firm. Mr. Levy has a successful track record in various types of complex and appellate litigation, including mortgage banking, Civil RICO actions, contract disputes, real estate, bankruptcy, and unfair competition. Several of his litigation victories were featured in the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Levy focuses on the practice areas of Commercial and Complex Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Class Action Litigation, Corporate Litigation, and Trial and Appellate Practice.
