Michael Paneth received his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum
laude, from Touro College. 

During law school, Mr. Paneth was a two-time quarterfinalist in the Monrad G. Paulsen Moot Court Competition and was an advocate for the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic. Mr. Paneth also served as a Federal Judicial Intern to the
Honorable Katherine S. Hayden, United States District Court, D.N.J.

Prior to joining Quadrino Schwartz, Mr. Paneth was an associate at a boutique
law firm where he practiced Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation.

Mr. Paneth’s practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Class Actions, Insurance Claims and Litigation, Trials and Appeals.

Mr. Paneth is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars, as well
as the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York and the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Paneth is a member of the New
York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
