A founding partner of the firm, Richard J. Quadrino has built a reputation as a highly effective trial attorney, litigator, and class action lawyer. He is a leader, co-leader, or member in the firm’s Insurance, Trial Practice, Business & Complex Litigation, and White Collar / Criminal Defense Practice Groups.
Mr. Quadrino has been inducted as a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Forum acknowledges excellence in advocacy by lawyers throughout the United States and is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements.
Mr. Quadrino honed his trial skills as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York, as well as at a large law firm, where he represented major insurance companies in cases valued in excess of $100 million. These combined skills and experiences make him well-suited to prosecute national class actions, as evidenced by the successes obtained in the UnumProvident and other insurance class actions.
Mr. Quadrino received a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, where he was the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award in Commercial Law and a successful competitor in the National Moot court Competition.
He served as Chairman of the Insurance Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association from 2002 through 2004, is a member of the Federal Bar Council, serves on the Torts and Insurance Coverage Committee and is a member or the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.
