Richard J. Quadrino is a founding partner of Quadrino Schwartz. He has built a reputation as a highly effective trial attorney, litigator, and class action lawyer. He is a leader or co-leader in the firm’s Insurance, Trial & Appellate Practice, and Business & Complex Litigation Groups.
Mr. Quadrino has been inducted as a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. The Forum acknowledges excellence in advocacy by lawyers throughout the United States and is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements.
Mr. Quadrino honed his trial and litigation skills as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County, New York, as well as at a national law firm where he represented major insurance companies in cases valued in excess of $500 million. These combined skills and experiences make him well-suited to prosecute national class actions.
Mr. Quadrino received a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, where he was the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award in Commercial Law and a successful competitor in the National Moot Court Competition.
He served as Chairman of the Insurance Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association from 2002 through 2004. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council and also serves on the Health Law and Commercial and Federal Litigation Sections of the New York State Bar Association.
