Attorney Joins Quadrino Schwartz’s Business Litigation and Insurance Practice Groups

Michael J. Sepe has joined Quadrino Schwartz as an Associate Attorney. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Sepe was an associate at a large regional firm where he represented commercial clients. For these clients, Mr. Sepe litigated complex cases in the areas of admiralty, energy regulation, banking, employment discrimination, labor, civil rights, RICO, criminal defense and professional malpractice.

From 1996-2003, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where he acquired extensive trial experience. He was also appointed as liaison to the United States Department of Homeland Security.

Mr. Sepe is a faculty member of the National District Attorney's Association in Columbia, South Carolina and has acted as a trial advocacy instructor at Hofstra University School of Law and for the Nassau County Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education program. Mr. Sepe also serves as a guest commentator for COURT-TV.

At Quadrino Schwartz, Mr. Sepe represents clients in all phases of business, complex and insurance litigation.
