Automobile Insurance Class Action

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Affirmative Insurance Company for allegedly refusing to lease vehicles after car accidents and failing to reimburse for an amount greater than $18.90 per day. The lawsuit claims drivers may not be able to drive their cars for days during repairs and this is illegal under Illinois law.
