NEW YORK, November 3, 2005 -- Evan Schwartz, a founding partner of Quadrino Schwartz, was recently asked to speak at a seminar for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) physicians and other medical professionals. Sponsored by AIG Insurance Company and hosted by the Mineola, NY law firm of Baker Sanders Barshay Grossman Fass Muhlstock & Neuwirth, the seminar focused on highlighting the importance of investing in asset protection.
The night’s agenda included identifying and explaining the rigors of the claims process and discussing the possible solutions. Speaking among a panel of seasoned attorneys, Mr. Schwartz discussed proper corporate structure for physicians and shared his expertise on the recent changes in case law that have significantly impacted the billing collection practices of health care providers.
