Two Quadrino Schwartz Partners Invited to Lecture at Statewide Forum on Auto Insurance

Partners Evan Schwartz and Bill O'Mahony will be lecturing at the upcoming New York State Bar Association's forum on strategies in "no-fault" litigation.  They were invited to speak based upon the firm's involvement and leadership in many large scale medical provider lawsuits addressing reimbursement issues for monies payable to the providers for services rendered to their patients insured under auto policies of insurance.

Messrs. Schwartz and O'Mahony will participate on panel discussions in both New York City and on Long Island.  They will speak on "Recent Developments/Case Law (Including Malella and its Aftermath)".
