William J. O’Mahony Named Partner at Quadrino Schwartz

Quadrino Schwartz announced today that William J. O’Mahony has been named partner at the firm. Mr. O'Mahony is involved in all aspects of insurance coverage, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

William J. O'Mahony is a 1993 graduate of Pittsburgh School of Law and received his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. O'Mahony is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Indiana, The United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Western District of Michigan.

Prior to joining Quadrino Schwartz, Mr. O'Mahony was an associate with a large national law firm where he was responsible for the investigation and defense/prosecution of complex corporate and commercial claims, including contract, unfair competition, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, corporate dissolution proceedings, and the defense of professional liability claims.

Mr. O'Mahony also practiced in South Bend, Indiana, where he handled the defense of insureds in product liability, general liability and employment discrimination claims and represented insurance carriers in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
