$175,000 Settlement for Harassed Client

In yet another case, police arrested Ms. Marion’s client in front of his place of business. The police falsely charged him with failure to produce a driver’s license and various other crimes. The client was forced to appear in court until charges were dismissed and suffered interference with his business operations and continued harassment by the New York City police officers, New York Department of Consumer Affairs, the Environmental Protection Agency and the New York City Sanitation Department. Ms. Marion obtained a settlement of $175,000 for her client.
