Acquittal in Attempted Murder Case Involving a Brutal Attack

After conducting a successful and effective cross-examination of the treating neurosurgeon who testified as the prosecution’s main expert, Ms. Marion obtained an acquittal in an attempted murder case involving allegations that her client brutally attacked a male, known to her client, with a baseball bat causing extensive head injuries.
