Defeated Summary Judgment, False Arrest and Malicious Prosecution Claims

As lead counsel, Amy Marion successfully defeated the U.S. postal inspector’s motion for summary judgment on all claims in a civil action in a case involving unlawful search of her client’s home, false arrest and malicious prosecution. Ms. Marion also defeated the New York City’s motion for summary judgment on the basis of a qualified immunity.
