Dismissal of All Charges Against Man Charged with Attempted Murder

Ms. Marion counseled a client to testify before the grand jury after he was charged with brutally attacking another male and attempted murder. With Ms. Marion’s advice and counseling, the client testified as to his claim of self-defense. The grand jury voted not to indict resulting in the dismissal of the attempted murder charge against her client.
