Mortgage Fraud: No Charges Filed

The prosecutors were alleging an elaborate scheme by the attorney and wanted to lodge charges against her. Barket investigated the case, mounted a defense, and met with the detectives and prosecutors. After pressing his case with them, he convinced them to drop the matter entirely, with no charges being filed against the attorney.
