Shotgun Murder:  Acquittal at Trial

Mr. Barket was hired to represent a man accused of using a shotgun to kill a man to whom he owed money. The prosecution had a confession and claimed to have a solid case.

Barket forged ahead to trial, cross examining the witnesses against his client and taking apart the prosecutor's theories. the jury deliberated after hearing Barket's summation of the evidence and returned with a verdict of not guilty. Case dismissed.
