Stolen Trade Secrets:  No Prosecution

Bruce Barket was hired to defend an employee of a company who was accused of stealing trade secrets from the employer. The District Attorney's Office was pressing for an arrest, but Barket thwarted the effort, convincing prosecutors that they could not make out a case. The matter was dropped, with no arrest and no charges filed against the client.
